Warranty and Returns

No product will be received without a Return Authorization (RA). Call to get an RA number and explain the reason for the return.

Warranty is unconditional for products without obvious damage/modification.

Shipping Information

USA and Canada orders will be shipped within 48 hours. International orders will usually ship within a week from the date of payment.

All USA and Canada orders ship via Federal Express.

Shipping via Federal Express to Asia or Europe is $400.00 for a pair of GSC 36 or GSC 18.
